Patrick Tricoli joins Hemerion as Senior Advisor for Strategy and Corporate Development

Today, Hemerion Therapeutics, a French healthtech company in the clinical phase focused on innovative treatments for brain cancers, announced the appointment of Patrick Tricoli, Pharm.D., M.B.A., as “Senior Advisor for Strategy and Corporate Development.”
A longtime Boston resident, Patrick  is a senior executive who specializes in the U.S. healthcare sector. He led the U.S. subsidiary and global business development at Nanobiotix and oversaw Sanofi’s global R&D partnership strategy.
He brings his in-depth knowledge of the U.S. market and strategic vision informed by extensive experience to Hemerion—two essential assets for accelerating the company’s expansion in the U.S. and forging new strategic partnerships.

Patrick Tricoli, a senior executive and healthcare industry specialist in the U.S., previously led Nanobiotix’s U.S. subsidiary and business development efforts. In that role, he orchestrated the partnership between Nanobiotix and J&J, valued at over $2 billion.

Having long headed Sanofi’s international R&D partnerships, Patrick is deeply familiar with the challenges facing healthtech and biotech startups. He has advised several major players, including NanOlogy, Curadigm, and Rest Therapeutics, at the highest level.

Patrick  is also a French  Foreign Trade Advisor (CCE) in Boston/New England and heads a group of experts on investment flows between the United States and France in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors.

Based in Boston, Patrick Tricoli will be responsible for leading Hemerion’s expansion in the U.S. market, where the healthtech company is making its most significant clinical advances and has the support of the FDA.

Five years after the healthtech company’s launch, this appointment reflects the maturity of Hemerion’s team and its commitment to establishing a lasting presence for its clinical and commercial operations in the world’s leading healthcare market.
